Work with Beyontec’s Implementation team developing/enhancing product based on requirements during implementation. Coordinate with product team in analyzing the requirements and planning for the development. Wil be a 70-30 role, 70% hands-on, 30% plan, assign, review and monitor work done by team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Scope analysis and planning
Engage with product managers and product owners to design and develop features and deliver user stories
Architect & Design Solutions using Spring technologies
Understand system user profiles, usage and develop Deployment Architecture
Be able to determine Hardware requirements based on the deployment architecture
Perform code review
Develop / Enhance Microservices based solutions
Document the approach, solution, design, and development best practicces
Assign and monitor work done by team members
Develop Unit tests using Junit, Postman
Participate in defect triage
Defect analysis and solution recommendation
Experience in using Maven for build management
Experience implementing OAuth2 and other popular mechanism for authorization
Experience with Tomcat, apache Https
Familiarity with docker containers
Follow technology trends and understand the latest version updates
Mentor team, conduct training sessions as needed.
Experience with continuous integration and Deployment using Jenkins
Understanding and experience working in Agile Scrum model
Java developer with a firm knowledge in object-oriented design and software development.
Spring Platform (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Cloud)
Comprehensive understanding of relational database and NoSQL database concepts
Experience in working with Oracle 12c+
Strong problem-solving skills
Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST APIs
Experience in Kafka distributed messaging
Experience in profiling applications
Strong analytical skills and general logical reasoning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience installing, operating and maintaining
Apache Web server
Apache Tomcat 8.5 and higher
Docker containers (create / customization of docker images is a plus)
Java, Spring Boot based applications deployment, configuration and support
GitHub and SVN source control systems
Security best practices (UI, Spring, Key management and integration)
Current Certification relevant to the skills expected is a plus
Working knowledge of any popular Cloud Platform is a plus
Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
Work with HR , marketing, and leadership to plan and craft internal announcements and other internal communications
Craft internal communications around new products, projects, and initiatives
Work cross functionally to develop and produce all-employee events, including Town Halls, Q&A sessions, and employee engagement events
Develop and manage ongoing internal communication strategy and execution
Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of different communications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, social work, Human Resources or related field is required
2 to 3 years direct internal communications or public relations experience is required
Excellent written and verbal communications required.
